When will the order be shipped?
After confirming the order, we will sew it and ship it within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number to track the package.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Ukraine:
All orders are shipped by the Nova Poshta courier service. Delivery time: 2–3 days from the moment the order is placed.
International shipping:
We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta. Delivery time: from 14 business days (depends on the country and customs procedures).
Can the product be made to individual measurements?
Yes, we offer custom tailoring of products according to your measurements. To do this, please contact us before placing an order - we will send a list of measurements and help you take them correctly.
The production time and cost of an individual order may differ from standard models and are agreed upon separately.
Please note: custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Is it possible to exchange or return the product?
We accept exchanges or returns of goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been used, its retail condition, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, and there is a document confirming the purchase. The costs associated with the return shipment of the goods are paid by the sender. Products sewn to individual measurements are not subject to exchange or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
How do I return a product that doesn't fit me?
To arrange a return, please email us or fill out the form in the Contacts section within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provide your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return and send you further instructions.
